Malcythia is an evil theocratic city-state found in western Karnathas. It is ruled by a dark priesthood dedicated to the worship of Shaarizad. Their goal is to expand Malcythia from a single city to an empire engulfing the known world, all for the glory of their mad god. The Malcythians regularly clash with Ilmara and Gharakaag, and skirmishes with Lionsgate forces are not uncommon.

The city itself is quite horrific. By law, all the architecture of the city must honor Shaarizad in some fashion; most of the larger or more important buildings are replete with spikes and sharp angles, idols of the dark god, and bas-reliefs glorifying the destruction of Malcythia's enemies. Even common buildings will have some sort of scripture painted on their wall or will be festooned with skulls or other ornaments sacred to Shaarizad.
